Information technology with modern software is increasingly widely used and very effective in the management of the business. However, how to organize management information systems in most of today's coal mining enterprises belonging Vietnam Coal- Mineral Industries Group incompatible with the application of modern information technology. The paper studies the information requirements necessary for the executive producer: the layout of equipment, manpower, cost control, analyze the situation of the current information systems in businesses on and combine with the principles of organizing information to application of modern information technology to propose complete solutions for information systems to serve the executive producers. The measures relating to standardized criteria, indicators, databases and reports input of statistics according to various criteria serve producers perating under different aspects.
